American Reunion (2012)Viewed: Theater
I borrowed the first "American Pie" movies from a friend in high school and watched them all in a row while my parents were asleep. That was the only time I saw them and I still can't believe I watched them all in one sitting on school night all alone Indian style on the family room rug. Like most kids my age (I think) I loved these movies and like a lot of male high school Sean William Scott was my favorite actor, and when that stupid question of whose your favorite actor is arises often times I still say his name without a thought.
So let's get to the reunion. I laughed a number of times out loud and had a number of moments where I just had this rush of emotion over myself of remembering the previous film (not crying, I didn't cry). This movie felt like a 4th movie and for what little plot there is it works and provides an enjoyable and worthy sequel to the first 3.
